Would I still need a FFL?

It would have to be shipped to an FFL. If you have any gun stores nearby ask them if they will accept online sales. It's not that difficult but you need to make sure everything is in order. My last online purchase they got the FFL address and my address switched and the seller didn't attach a copy of there FFL.
