New navel piercing infected?

I just got my bottom part of my belly button pierced 3 days ago and it was fine and a little sore which I expected but when I woke up this morning it was swollen and hurt extremly bad and I couldnt even touch it. I have been cleaning it liberally everyday and not touching it but im not sure if its infected or if its just at its peak? My top piercing didnt do this so im confused. I havent worn tight clothes or sweated that im aware of in it. I took out the bar earlier to clean it and squeezed it a little and some pus came out but it wasnt a lot. I dont understand how it could have got infected this early. Please help! Oh and its hard where my ring is, over and a little bit around it. Im scared please help!
