Cheese is delicious and a good source of protein and calcium but it also has a lot of fat. (except for the fat free stuff which is terrible) Try measuring the portion of cheese you eat at a time, such as 2 oz/50 g and always eat it with something else, such as an apple, or a piece of wholewheat toast or as part of a salad. Including complex carbohydrates will bulk out the meal and keep you from feeling hungry too soon. Also never eat cheese as a snack. It is too easy to eat too much.
