Why do my noodles stick to the bottom when I stir fry them?

When you're done cooking the noodles toss them in oil this helps them to none stick with eachother. Let's also try reducing your heat on the wok and cover the wok with oil too. But your heat is probably too hot...it may also be that you're not paying attention, woks are finicky you have to stay there the whole time.
