Will racism exist as long as "liberally" minded people demand we be dishonest about it?

Any observations on racial differences are met with cries of "racist!". How can we repair racial relations when these people prevent any rational discussion? And why do they assume any acknowledgment of differences will lead to inferior/superior claims?
