Why is it conservative to spend liberally on war and prisons?

you should study your history,then then you just might realize how lucky you are to have welfare and all the other programs your forefathers did not have,, yes we spend too much on the prisons by giving them resthomes with TV and other things they should not have, and quit treating them better then their victims, and the murders are getting away with their crimes because the courts are overturning the convictions because of minor mistakes by the law enforcements
