What kind of shoes should I wear this dress with?

It depends where you're going. I have a dress sort of like that but it's strapless, black, floral, also from Forever21 and I was going to the boardwalk with some friends and wore flip-flops but brought slip-ons with me when we were going to eat in a restaurant. (: All depends! But it's so cute!!
