Shouldn't we invent a new category of 'paedophile tendencies?'?

Women can be pedophiles, its not unheard of just very uncommon. Why? Because generally a pedophile is someone who like sexual intercourse or interaction with someone not of sexual maturity, which means someone who hasn't reached puberty. With men there isn't really any limit to what they can use a child for sexually, while with women there is, most of which comes to abuse more than anything that can be defined as a purely sexual act, basically its harder to prove that a woman did something to a child because of sexual urges.
