Places looking for students to do summer work in England in city centres (preferably answers about Leeds)?

Hey guys, I'm in desperate need of a summer or part time job. I know this isn't the best place to ask, but I literally can't find anything advertised on the net besides avon representatives and catalogue collectors. So, does anybody know of any places that usually take on students? thanks in advance.
