Does the new Right-Wing strategy of claiming that universities are Liberally-bias help them?

Most universities do have a liberal bias, overall. Not the "liberal indoctrination camp" sort of bias that some conservatives like to rant about, but anybody who claims there isn't an obvious liberal tilt is in denial, or simply has no frame of reference.
