Could I get into Cornell after taking 9 AP's in high school?

I am a diabetic and I had a medical issue in the fall term of my sophomore year. I was wondering if this will affect me getting in. I speak 4 languages and am doing a community service project in brazil.I will also have 1-2 varsity sports for at least 2 years. I would like to know my chances if I got a 2200 sat and 3.8 gap average throughout high school.
