Can i get into cornell University?

I have a 1920 score (790 Maths,590 CR,540 Writing) in SAT.this was my second time giving the sat exam.My sat 2 scores (math level 2 800,Physics770).I know my sat 1 verbal is low,but can i still get in.I am from India and I am currently giving my a levels.Should i reappear for SAT???
