Boric acid used in my room, now I'm very paranoid. I even have trouble sleeping... What to do?

well, unless you plan on eating it, you don't have anything to worry about..boric acid would not harm you even if you were in the room while it was put down the roaches and pests would be alot worse for you, trust me..relax and think of it as a cleaning agent but instead of dirt its cleaning critters..
